Global Sales & Business Development
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Electric Vehicle Market, complemented by strong customer and industry relationships including a good understanding of the Electric Controller Unit procurement process. The responsibilities of the role include tracking of market trends and developments in the special purpose Electric Controller Unit market, identification of a customer and project pipeline and acquiring and managing key accounts. Key to success in the role is a strong technical background, an understanding of EV Electric Controller Unit project development combined with sales and account management experience. The role will collaborate closely with Bosch’s technical and business teams in the Korea and global partners.
- Taking Go-to-market Gloquadtech solutions with the account.
- Business Development: identify potential customers, their need and align with Gloquadtech’s portfolio of products in the special purpose EV industry. Derive and prioritize customer business potential, based on Gloquadtech’s portfolio of products and services.
- Sales: develop offer and price strategies in coordination with the specialist departments, organize price negotiations and support the conclusion of contracts
- Market tracking/ analysis: develop and maintain analysis of market developments/trends/competitive activity in the industry. Derive recommended strategic moves for Gloquadtech based on this analysis. Collect input from customer needs and articulate the customer view into the organization. Focus appropriate time and resources to present and sell new business opportunities. Represent one voice to the customer.
- Work closely with engineering to develop special purpose EV Charging Communication Controller concepts based on identified customer needs and drive implementation in collaboration with the respective Gloquadtech engineering teams
- Partner strategy: Building a strategy for identifying, outreach, benchmarking and relationship building with key partners.
- Collaboration: Work with our partner worldwide to create product solutions specific to the needs of the customers. Initiate business acquisition activities and work closely with our partners to close the deal.
- Iteration: Using partner and customer feedback and pilot learnings to alter and update sales strategy and validate pricing for sales activities.
Qualifications
- Tech or BE in Computer Science or Electronics
and/or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Additional Information
- Should have good knowledge and should have sold IT, ECU Products and services on ERP, Microsoft, Cloud Infrastructure.
- Handled large key/strategic Accounts.
- Hunt / Acquire New Business.
- Basic Financial management skills.
- Experience at least 5 years in direct sales of ECU and/or IT products.
- Education qualification: B. Tech or BE in Computer Science or Electronics and/or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
